Community Partners
Good Neighbors Network
Good Neighbors Network is dedicated to assisting under-resourced students. Through collaborative efforts with schools and nonprofit partners, we strive to eliminate barriers and facilitate seamless access to essential resources. We aim to foster an academic and personal environment where every student can thrive.

Faith Feeds Food Pantry
Our food pantry was founded in 2011 by Cindy Williams at Bethel Lutheran Church in Palatine. Following a merge in 2016, the administration of the pantry was taken over by All Saints Lutheran Church. The pantry was soon relocated to the Community Resource Center near Rand and Dundee Roads—a vital area of need.

Shelter Inc
Shelter’s comprehensive approach is designed to provide every young person with a safe place to be, a stable foundation for their future, and a healthy family.

Partners for Our Communities (POC)
Partners for Our Communities (POC) empowers underserved people to develop self-sufficiency and become leaders in their communities. We build partnerships with other community organizations, connect families with local resources, and remove barriers to access. POC is proud to provide a skilled, culturally sensitive staff that is bilingual and bicultural.
Because we are all stronger together.
